After two very bad years of weather and recession, we took the decision to take 'timeout' this year - so we are closed - that doesn't mean to say we won't open again - but certainly not for the foreseeable future.
The Nursery remains open - everyday 9.30-4.30

Please support your local businesses in all your hometowns - we are seeing a fast demize of not only small eateries, but public houses, services and small shops - wherever you can - use your nearby services as they are the backbone of all your communities: and with the onset of the big boys and the internet they are fast becoming a thing of the past - and will be sorely missed !
We continue to serve Afternoon Teas and cakes and treats in the Post Office, and whilst this might not have the quaint, decadent ambience of the Tea Rooms - we hope to deck the frontage in such a way through the Summer months to make it an attractive area to sit with friends and enjoy our offerings.
A three tier Afternoon Tea or Ploughmans lunch is now only £9 to sit in, and pots of teas and coffees from £2 with cakes served at the table from £2.
Passing early morning - our breakfasts start at £5 including drinks.
